Each athlete will receive 10 hours of individual skill training and four hours of team competition over two and one-half days.

All athletes will receive two nights of housing and all meals in the dining commons starting with dinner on July 30 and finishing with Breakfast on August 1 (see schedule). The price per athlete will be $160. This does include all housing, meals and 14 hours of training with the Indiana Wesleyan University coaches and 2023-2024 back-to-back national championship teams.

Tentative Schedule:

July 30th:
- Check-in will be from 1-2 pm in the lobby of the Recreation Center. Each athlete will be escorted to their pre-assigned rooms.
- Session 1: 2:30-4:30 pm | Skills and Drills
- Dinner in the Dining Commons on campus from 5-6 pm
- Session 2: 6:30 - 8:30pm | Competition against teams
July 31st:
- *Breakfast in the Dining commons from 7-8 am.*
- Session 3: 9-11:30 am/Skills and Drills
- Lunch in the Dining commons from 12-1 pm
- Session 4: 2-4:30 pm/Skills and Drills
- Dinner in the Dining Commons from 5-6 PM
- Session 5: 6:30-8:30 pm/ Competition against teams
- Concessions open and meet and greet
August 1st:
- Breakfast in the Dining Commons from 7-8 am
- Session 6: 9-12 noon/Competition among teams

All sessions will be in the Recreation and Wellness Center on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University. If you do not come with a team you can sign up individually and be put on a house team with others.
